| I create because it is what I love and I find it inspiring from the inception of an idea to its materialization. I feel grounded and remember who I am and why I am here during the creation of my art. The act of creation for me gives my existence meaning. What inspires me is the Spirit that moves behind and within everything that grow, glows and has consciousness from plants, flowers, trees, the stars, men, women and children. |
What I find fascinating and inspiring is the incredible diversity of the natural world especially in organic and wild lands, the sunsets and cloud formations. Mountains, water that moves and that lays still crystal clear and clean also makes me go“ah!” I love color and am made happy by sunshine and a breeze. Take on human being and within are universe upon universe, varied lives, personalities and possibilities. I love Quantum Physics, Buddhism and living a clean life. |

There was a period of time in my life that I had fallen pry to the delusion of what I call “The Myth of the Artist or the cultural lie about what it means to be an artist. In other words, I've overcome the folly that to be a true artist I have to be bent upon self-destruction and dying young, especially now that I am in my early 50's.
